Full Journal pdf1999-03-15 House Journal Page 0455 HB 100 Representative Green moved and asked unanimous consent that the House consider the Senate message (page 452) on the following at this time: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 100(FIN)(brf sup maj fld)(efd fld) "An Act making and amending capital, supplemental, and other appropriations; making and amending appropriations to capitalize funds; ratifying certain expenditures." and SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 100(FIN) "An Act making and amending capital, supplemental, and other appropriations; making and amending appropriations to capitalize funds; ratifying certain expenditures; making and amending appropriations under art. IX, sec. 17(c), Constitution of the State of Alaska, from the constitutional budget reserve fund; and providing for an effective date." (technical title change) There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Green moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 100(FIN)(brf sup maj fld)(efd fld), thus adopting SCS CSHB 100(FIN), and recommended that the members vote no. The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 100(FIN)(brf sup maj fld)(efd fld)?" The Chief Clerk was instructed to so notify the Senate and respectfully request it to recede. In the event the Senate fails to recede from its amendment, the Speaker appointed the following members to a Conference Committee to meet with the like committee from the Senate (page 453) to consider the above bills: Representative Mulder, Chair Representative Therriault Representative Grussendorf
